Safer Way to Stay
As we inch ever closer to summer, it is important to remind ourselves, though things are ever changing, that there is much that remains the same like the beauty and wonder of the world around us calling out to be explored and experienced. Lindsay House Bed & Breakfast, located in the city of Manawa, is in the heart of Waupaca County. Waupaca County has a very large artisan community and the county has many recreational opportunities waiting to be experienced. The Little Wolf River runs through Manawa and Bear Lake is located just a few miles to the south of town. Bear Lake offers a public boat launch for recreational boating as well as fishing. The Bear Lake Resort and Campground have been welcoming families for 100+ years. Central Wisconsin is yet undiscovered in many ways. I have had many guests over the years say that they had not realized how much there is to do and see while driving through this area. We have much to explore right in our own backyard that is the State of Wisconsin. There are many opportunities to taste and experience different cultures, cuisines and just ways of life that may be different from our everyday but worthy of experiencing none the less. Step out and explore our corner of Central Wisconsin, spend time with each other enjoying all that Waupaca County has to offer; from the Wolf River to the Chain of Lakes, there is much to see and do. The Lindsay House Bed & Breakfast continues our commitment to offer you a cozy, warm home away from home. We are a small 3-room inn, we offer a full hearty breakfast in our beautiful dining room. We will be serving breakfast to our guests in our dining room, and you will be sharing the time with only the person or persons you are traveling with. A baked treat will be individually plated and covered for each room, and will be delivered to your room each evening. Our dedication to cleanliness and hospitality is our commitment to you. Our guests are like family. We look forward to welcoming you to the Lindsay House Bed & Breakfast in the days to come.
